Access Model

The following sections reflect OSDEC’s access model and outline how organizations and individuals may participate across its initiatives. They are provided for general orientation and do not constitute formal membership, subscription offerings, or commercial tiers.

OSDEC operates through a structured access model designed to support general engagement, program participation, and institutional coordination across its initiatives. This structure reflects distinct modes of involvement and is intended to provide clarity across audiences, participants, and partners.

Member Access

Member Access provides general visibility into OSDEC briefings, program updates, and cross-border developments. This level is designed for individuals and organizations seeking to remain informed on ongoing initiatives, including activities related to Shanghai, international exhibitions, and associated program developments.

Member Access supports awareness and continuity, ensuring that interested parties may follow developments as they evolve.

Program Engagement

Program Engagement reflects active participation within OSDEC initiatives. This may include involvement in exhibition pathways, program briefings, and related coordination activities connected to specific initiatives such as CIIE and other cross-border programs.

Participation within this category is determined based on program alignment, relevance, and timing. Engagement may vary depending on the nature of the initiative and the role of the participating organization.

Institutional Coordination

Institutional Coordination supports alignment with public and private sector stakeholders, including government agencies, chambers of commerce, financial institutions, and strategic partners. This includes participation in program structuring, coordination processes, and broader alignment efforts associated with OSDEC initiatives.

This level reflects ongoing coordination rather than discrete participation and is intended to support continuity across institutional relationships.
